Pedigree recording with multiple sires

How do other people record pedigree information when running more than one bull with a group of cows? Do you guess the sire or DNA test or what?

I'm not selling breeding stock at the moment, but want to maintain pedigree status so I can do in the future.

Why do you not run the groups separately? Leave one bull in for 25 to 30 days and then change over.
Seems to work very well. It won't be perfect but more accurate than many methods.
Yes not a bad option. Trying to run as few groups as possible due to rotational grazing, so didn't really want lots of different bulling groups.

Run them in separate groups, make a note what is bulling to which bull each day, change bulls after 20 days and record the date to avoid empties and keep noting any that come in heat again.
We do most of that and are not pedigree herd

maybe you could just Dna any animals you wish to keep/sell for breeding.
how big a group of females are you looking at running?
As others have said maybe work a bull then rest him whilst other works for a 2 - 3 weeks.
