Just seen the the latest Red Tractor advert on you tube, need I say more it looks like it's made by kids & just about suitable for the CBBs kids channel, I'm sure we would be far better paying our subscriptions to McDonalds!

With ever increasing online shopping does anyone really believe that shoppers are going to find & take any notice of a tiny poxy union jack RT sign on the item or are they simply going to look at the price, any questionable benefit to farmers has long gone!

From what I’ve seen, they’re much more likely to look for a Union Jack than a RT logo

Obviously don’t care about any feed back as the YouTube video won’t allow comments. Missed opportunity surely 🙁

Serves a purpose. Explains what some of the assurance means. 30 seconds isn't long to deliver a message.

When there was derogatory comments over the AHDB advert, people moaned that they weren't replied to or dealt with.

RT turn off comments and people moan again.

Well if they look for union flag won't they see it on the RT stuff as well?

Would liked to have seen more of the British being pushed and how they are over and above imports.

Is that actually accurate ? They seem to be claiming field to fork ? Ie WLA And that it’s actually mean British exclusively ?
It seems they do a bit of farming themselves, they state “all our cows have a personal vet”

My cows don’t have their own personal vet and I certainly hope they weren’t trying to claim that my and other farmers cows are theirs.

The advert seems to achieve what it should.

How do others propose you get across messages on reassurance on traceability and food safety across all of the sectors in 30 seconds? I couldn't come up with anything better.

And you seriously believe that 95% of the general public give a fig about Red Tractor (ignoring what they may say in any survey,) they are only interested in the price it costs & going forward that will be even more important, Red Tractor is simply a fools paradise.

But this is a thread where everyone is slating an advert it isn't about whether people care about RT or not. The advert is fine.
