In an ideal world we would go on the motorbike and sleep under the stars in bivvy bags but i cant sell that idea to Helene so looks like it will be in the car and a two man tent with air mattresses....:(

I am running solo, so although a bivvy bag could be an option, I find a 2 man tent and an XL comfort air mattress is more suitable for an old chap of my era.... Air beds are OK, but can be cold...

It's worth looking at the glamping option...memory mattress etc etc £180 for the tent for three nights, (same tent costs £2799 at Glastonbury, just been looking at their website). Give the bike an outing, beat the queues on the way out...
Has the clamping option already sold out? Couldn’t see it on the booking form.

Can I see a schedule of the seminars?

I don’t think I can spare two days so want to pick best day for my interests.
We're still working on them, will be out in a week or two. Don't think we'll sell out before then.

You need to book with Woodville direct, also pay the £10 camping charge towards the showers etc

That was our issue. apparently schedule not out for quite a while yet so had to take a guess and booked for second day.Apparently quite a few of the talks are repeated both days? but @martian better able to confirm that.

I think we have so many talks lined up that there won't be much repetition, but both days will have equally exciting stuff to listen to. We'll try to get our skates on and work it all out soon. Calving and drilling happening atm doesn't help...

I was chatting with my STEPS adviser yesterday, and she is dead keen to come but would love to see the speakers list, as she doubts being able to grab 3 days off... Another camper too :)
