Laura Carlston or Wilson I think it is now doesn't get that many mentions on here..
She is slightly different with arable, cattle & hogs as they call them and even the wife thinks she is hot.

She did get married far too young though.. think it must be a mid-west bible belt kinda thing.. but who am I too judge
I will look her up.

Farming fixing and Fabricating was a slow burner for me at the start, but I don't miss one now. The amount of work Andy gets through would put most to shame. And a real head of knowledge on him

Top bloke Andy, he even replies to his comments too.
Gets a lot of work done. His set up is interesting as they employ loads of people and have a huge work load. Very different from a 1-2000 cow set up here.

Yer I wonder if he worked at deere I the past or it's just they do that much work fixing them

A lot of American farmers seem to get more involved in the workshop side of things and have decent shops. Fix it yourself because its either hard to get someone or too expensive otherwise.
Even I was half decent in a workshop after working there.
Still can't weld for s**t though😢

Whats your channel called?

Put this up last night. I'm not here to entertain anyone. I hate hearing my own voice (like most people hate hearing themselves). I'm not into fancy editing stuff. I basically just started it as a bit of a historical thing for any future grandchildren and the like. Plus it's also nice to see the changes to your own farm over the years.

Haha, good idea I spent 30mins looking for a drain cover with a nail bar in the bottom of a hedge. 🤣

One tip, try holding the phone horizontally when shooting video.
Vertical video is a big turn off.

You mean laurafarms? Didn't think she was married, but might be wrong, don't really care anyway. She is positive and quite the looker. The smile always gets me, lovely.

I quite enjoy Boehm farm, he only has old bangers which I like. Mike mitchell is good as he explains a lot, as does laurafarms.
Farming with DuffyAG is nice at times, robot engineer who helps out at home with mainly old bangers.
Onelonelyfarmer is interesting as he seems to film ordinary work that most don't film as it is the kind of work you forget about.
Volmerfilm, if you want to see typically Dutch stuff.

On non farming channeld I enjoy the Post apocalyptic inventor, he mainly collects disgarded tools and gets them going again.
Marty T, who could be described the same but on a slightly bigger scale.
This old tony and Fireball tool. funny, knowledgeable and handy guys on the tool side.

Yeah I know :banghead: not always easy to remember... I have tried editing some to change the orientation....but I dont do it enough to remember what and how I did it the next time I need to.
Just don't do that with an old fashioned video camera otherwise you are left watching with your neck cranes to the side like my sister when she watches her horse's first outing as a foal thanks to our mum's camera skills...

My Youtube Farming Channel Reviews:

I Farm We Farm - Tidy Irish dairy farm.
Farmer Phil - Untidy Irish beef/arable farm.
Harry's Farm - Fantastic engagement on rural issues.
Gerry 6420 - Videos used to go on too long but seem much better now with voiceovers.
Nick's Farm - Nice bit of older kit makes arable interesting
Tom Pemberton - Can't help but like him and his dad.
Farmers POV - Something a bit different
Farmer P - Bit boring really.
Sheep Game - A born entertainer and a hard worker.
SaskDutch Kid - Fantastic dairy setup but harder to relate to.
Olly's Farm - Haven't managed to stomach a full video yet.
Keane Farm Life - Could be excellent but rarely post.
Richard Perkins - Regenerative agriculture. Basically sees himself as a messiah.
George Sanders - Been doing it for too long
Anna Trues - Videos are a bit all over the place.
Four Winds Farm - As above. Can't figure out why he's there. Seems clueless.

I watch too much YouTube!! I wonder if you agree with my thoughts...
Agree with that list. Especially the part about George Saunders, I used to love his videos, was always a great watch. Now I’m not sure what’s happened, maybe it’s like you said - he’s been at it for so long, but I don’t think his videos have been the same since he gave up working for the man with the Fastrac. Really enjoyed his contracting videos, now his videos on the farm he works at are very generic.
“ Drew’s farming life “ is a channel I rate really highly, hard working dairy farmer, good sense of humour and in-depth explanations of the work he’s doing and machinery he’s using.

Also great to see that there’s plenty others on here that can’t stand that little twit Olly.:ROFLMAO:

Did George not hit 100k subscribers a few weeks ago?

Pretty impressive. I'm not a fan. Liked when he worked for Jwb
He did as a certain forum member had people flood his comments with fish and chip orders.

Personally I still like his video's but then I'm not a dairy farmer so I find that side interesting anyway also I believe he said when he was able he would still go and film some of his former bosses work as well as the shows but covid kind of screwed that up. To be honest I can't blame him for wanting to join his in laws farm when his father in law wanted to cut back on work but I think most of the reason why people liked watching the contracting work is for the kit and seeing how it performs out side of demos.
