I know there are a lot to choose from. She is desperate to do a trade deal with Australia but instead insults them with her breath taking arrogance. :banghead:

She still has fifty pallets of Stilton cheese sitting in her spare room, which she failed to shift to the Japanese!!
Now if you had your spare reeking of Stilton, you too would be frustrated....

Couldn’t be worse. Incompetent maybe, but not as dim. When you have idiots standing in an area that a dead dog with a tyre track over its head would easily be elected it’s representative simply because it has either a Blue or Green rosette on its collar you have problems..
True, true, but that's in a very small pond; the EC / EP are on a vastly bigger scale... anyway, the only reason the OP is deriding Liz is because he resents her making deals for the UK, the CPTPP really worries him.

Dammit! I almost got carried away there... this is why it's best to avoid the politics pages on the whole, too petty and repetitive. :) (y)

I don’t tend to come in here. I only came in to remind people that our N.I political leaders are really stupid and also quaintly old fashioned and manipulative..

As you are in the steering committee, why don’t you give us an update on CONZUK? I like to keep abreast of developments.

I see what you did there, brilliant, simply brilliant! Just by changing one letter the whole thing seems funny, that's really great! I'll take it as being your tribute to the European Conmission, well done Asstree. (y):)

I slipped that sleight of the pen in there many months ago, but it sailed nonchalantly over the heads of the proletariat.
But I see you have licensed yourself to imitate my play on letters. Imitation is the highest form of compliment, and I am happy to accept. 👍👍

Prior to Ms Truss getting her seat here in Norfolk local politicos would have liked to stand for the seat. They were overuled by Conservative Head Office who labeled the aspiring incumbents as "The Turnip Taliban".Suffice to say that Liz was elected and has a handsome majority in a blue constituency.¬¬!!!!

A Cameron choice and not at all popular at the time. There have been and could have been worse but Cameron wanted a safe seat for her. Not what constituency party officials like and not what local representation is about.
