After another day bouncing about on a tractor with cab and front suspension that leaves me sore at night what is a comfy tractor to sit in all day and not feel like a can of irn bru ready to explode šŸ¤Æ!!

Driving a New Holland by any chance? Ask because even with cab and axle suspension their still uncomfortable compared to the competition.
Personally the most comfortable tractors I've been in are a Valtra with air suspension, Claas Arion and a Fastrac 4220 - that was head an shoulders above everything else.

My new Valtras really good like a massive difference in comfort compared to the old N3

the newHollands need a ton on the front for the suspension to slightly work

After a long day in the tractor which I do enjoy... I always feel achey and glad to get sat on the couch. My legs usually worst like a pinging sensation.

Have you front linkage or a weight block? Most front suspensions don't give much ride comfort without weight on the front in my experience.
Tyre pressures also make a difference, do you check and adjust for the work your doing?
Is your air seat adjusted correctly for you weight?
Lastly, if the terrain is rough don't drive over it at 40km/h bouncing around in the cab! Drive to the conditions..?

Correct, T6.175 .
Stotty on the road, cab goes from side to side as well as back and forward and just the same in the field.
Tyres have been tried at all pressureā€™s with not much difference if any.
Carrying a few injuries which doesnā€™t help but pretty fed up with the hurl in the New Holland.

I had really bad knees after a long day sowing barly this year then when I got in the tractor the next day I noticed them silly aircon fans NH insist on putting in the dash and not round the cab roof where pointing straight at my knees

Sounds like you need to try one of @Colliedog suspension upgrade kits
