Classics Earning their keep.

Nice to see one of these out doing what it was designed to do. Can’t think where I’d go to find another.

There are or were good machines until you had a pipe or a wiring fault and it is still the same today the first things to go in to a J C B chassis is the pipe work and the wiring.
They have not changed a thing

Maiden voyage yesterday for my "new to me because its otherwise going to the scrapyard" Hardi Master. New set of nozzles and a good clean and all good (thanks @SimpersTradeCounter). Spraying off some overwinter stubble.

Another piece of the jigsaw in place for starting a bit of farming this autumn.
Forget about the sprayer, what about the tractor:love: Is it a 674? They were great in the day, pocket rockets! The first with Q cabs, and great power to weight ratio.

I’ve got one like that.....he’s 17 now and tells me how to do it.
This one broke me down to cut over half term I wasn’t to sure of the weather
I just gave in the constant weather updates were to much and this ones cutting that ones cutting he beat me into letting him and his brother at it
Starting to feel a bit left out

Nearly, it's a 574, new on the farm here in 1973. Has a loader too which is handy. It'll be the main machine next year, pulling a small cultivator, discs and the 4m MF30 drill I just got hold of as well as the spraying.
I do need a front weight frame for it, it's small size does go against me with the sprayer, 500l is about my limit.
