Best seller this week is Green Globe Turnips
A fair bit of Rebound Hybrid Kale gone out , fraction of the cost of Redstart
I've sown some Green Globe with Balansa Clover myself as a bit of veriaty for the lambs

Pulsar?
What was that relatively winter Hardy stubble turnip you were on about
No Rebound Hybrid Kale
Voltage is Straight 2 year Kale , very popular leafy and winter Hardy
Frisia is the best stubble turnip I've grown but the gestures will be along to prove me wrong [emoji1787]
Ballansa or Crimson or relatively cheap if you just stick a little bit in

Hobson Kale is the best for winter hardiness with excellent resistance to both Mildew and Alternaria.

Higher relative DM yield % & relative fresh yield % compared to Redstart.

How does this voltage kale work then ? Will it keep coming back full whack after a grazing through all seasons ? Never heard of two year kale before

But Dearer seed than redstart plus last year coped very well with the 'Fred' beetle challenge ,and it stuck the few frosts we had ....and is palatable to them right from the start
