Best drift reduction nozzle for glyphosate ?

We use a fair bit of Motif and X-Change with Lo-drift Hypro nozzles, but find this mix can be very slow to settle and produces a lot of fine droplets that rise up in higher temperatures. Pressure is kept down to 2 bar and it may all be down to spraying when cooler.
With drift management in mind I would be very interested to hear any recommendations for an OSR dessication nozzle where it could be relatively coarse and for something to spray off stale seedbeds that requires good coverage of 1-2 leaf blackgrass.

GuardianAir for desiccation and GuardianAir Twin for stale seedbeds have done me pretty well over the years.
I always liked the look of a TeeJet AI 3070 nozzle for stale seedbed and pre-ems, but never actually used them as I've never seen them at a decent price.

Ive bought another sprayer with bigger tank so doing glyphosate at 200l/ha instead of 150.

Had a spare set of red flat fans so using them. It's quite concerning the cloud of chemical I can see rising in rear view mirrors.

This is in good conditions and only about 3 bar pressure.

Does glyphosate react differently in hot weather? Thought it would be ideal conditions for flat fans.

Tempted to go back to my air induction lechlers and reduce water rate.

I don't like using FF for much now if I can help it. They give good coverage there is no doubt about it, but they do drift.

Yes, I'd not really want a course spray for 1 leaf bg on a seedbed. Now I'm not pushed for time, I'm on flat fans for everything.

Usually flat fans or flat fans with simple orifice plate for some low drift capability.
Been trying Lechler IDKT (?) air induction nozzles. Wouldnt really want to try hitting a two leaf BG seedling with them but they are good spraying fungicide etc near the village. A lot less drift so you’d think there would be more landing on the plant albeit in big air filled splatters globules. Get the pressure up and maybe coverage would be as good as a flat fan. Not sure TBH.

definetely not for small thin targets but great for most others. i often used a size smaller than you would expect and upped the pressure. contrary to what you might think they did a great job like that with surprising little drift and i could slow down around gardens etc and still get a very good pattern.

Low water rate I only spray roundup 1st thing in the morning preferably in a dew.
Never had much success in the heat of the day

Hypro Lo Drift are very coarse nozzles. Arguably too coarse for a small thin upright blackgrass plant unless used at a high water volume 200 l/ha+. I’d say that you already have a good nozzle choice for osr desiccation if we are both thinking of pre orifice non air induction ones.

Glyphosate is best in lower volumes of water to give a higher concentration gradient. Air induction nozzles like the IDK or TTI would give good drift control but large droplets.
