Semi hysterical call from our importer in the UK yesterday.
‘Where’s the beans?’ Well i didn’t plant as many as it’s the UK season and last year you didn’t take what you programmed and you said you could get them cheaper from Egypt, Senegal and Spain i say. ‘ But the we need them it’s been too cold here and now it’s too hot’ Sorry I say i planted wheat instead we should have some beans in autumn.

French beans? Just seem to be coming on flower here.
