I would think them two things are things you would set for job and not be changing alot so not justify extra cost
When changing from silage/ straw/hay its somthing you change quiet frequently. The leaver on the side to change the distance from the door sensor only works depending on the type of crop. Can still pack hay too tight

Ahhh I only bale hay haylage and silage so don't alter anything much

Biggest advantage would probably be not having to pull spool levers so much.
