Well, I thought that's what they were and @MrsY B confirmed it, through the binoculars from the bedroom window, before she set off...

....gonna need best part of half a pig to go with that lot.
 
When we were kids,mum and dad were away for a weekend and we stayed with grandparents. Grampa had picked a bucketful and nanna did a big frying pan full. I didn't want any,grampa wasn't hungry so my brother ate the whole lot and got poisoning. Didn't know where the hell he was

That particular field has always been good for mushrooms but last nights haul were unusually big.
They often grow where somethings been spread or other foodstuffs off loaded off a quad bike or trailer,swedes or mangolds etc.Spores in the soil off the roots? or where youve emptied your septic tank.:D Looks like what youve got there,where they have grown in a semi circle.
