Automatic gale breakers

You robbed a bank?

Mine automatically open and close, provided I shout at a child loudly enough to pull the rope 👍
Yes, I feel I have enough to do and the children are men now and currently working away from
Home the dog can manage and shouting at the wife never ends that well .... 😂 I don’t mind investing if they are good which they look it but I’d like some one with experience of them to confirm they are as good as they look or .....

I've worked on three farms with them. They've really been excellent for keeping a good atmosphere in the sheds; walk in on a sleety windy day and they're shut right up, sleet stops in an hour and they're opened up again, stock and bedding much happier as its dry yet well ventilated (rinse and repeat for different weather types, never seen them caught out). Can't comment on reliability but they didn't break in the 6 months I worked at each farm!

I guess its all down to cost. I'm sure it could be DIY'd if you were handy with the electronics and software side of things...

Thanks ! I’m very tempted and you have confirmed my thoughts about keeping the shed right inside .

I grabbed some pics @Hilly

Sorry they're a bit sh!t. But you can see two systems.

One system roller curtain style, spanning 5 bays on one clear roller pole, only supported at each end

The older system a series of pulleys and wire to lift it (rather than dropping from the top) along a 300ft shed.

I prefer the older system, but on the other hand I prefer the galebreaker to drop from the top!
