I guess not as it has just been a bank holiday weekend but does anybody have any recent feed barley prices E anglia E mids? Thanks
We did 8.4t but there will be a bit of weight loss to come off, all went in at 16 - 17% had to wholecrop quite a bit as it lost the battle with resistant Rye grass. Where it got away from the Ryegrass it did quite a good job of smothering itSomewhere around 7.5t/ha, yield meter playing up so that’s a guesstimate from measuring the bay it’s been tipped in.
Next year, more attention to sowing depth and growth regulation!
How did yours do?

At last a man who wears some big boy pants and doesn't ditherDid 145 tons @£199 this morning missed my £203 for dillidaling
Did 145 tons for sept 22 @£181
Cattle would do very well off 20% stuff always think 14% stuff is too dryBoth I would think. I bid a neighbour years ago for some 20% wheat, £15 off ‘base price’ex farm, he got offended led it into a merchant and they knocked £28 off, that was years ago. Fair play to him for being straight up and admitting it afterwards
