I've been thinking @spin cycle... Perhaps the answer to all your troubles is on a Friday night bunaha for tea, a splash of old spice and a big fat exotic rollie afterwards........that's bound to put you right for the week ahead.......maybe another fat one Wednesday to see you through to the weekend again!!!🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣
Not only that but it’s homeopathic and natural, you could argue that it is healthy πŸ˜‚

AHOY SHIPMATES :)

tuesday didn't get off to the best of starts with a snot breach on northern fence:banghead:.......patched up....snot 'in remission' after that (i'm told),,,i'll have better look round today:rolleyes:......anyhoo we arrived at boatyard and set sail at 4pm and made good progress(y).....only to turn around at 4:30 cos we'd left food in car:rolleyes:........after a brief 'training session' boy had the wheel and i settled back with coffee and rollie to relax....only for boy to turn to sharp and hit the harbour entrance:banghead:😭.....scraped the trim loose:rolleyes:......i took the wheel for a bit til we were in easier waters.....boy retired and blocked the loo :banghead:.........apart from the 'bumpy start' though the trip went smoothly really(y)......saw an otter....observed some very well behaved livestock:oops:.... big nh combine......highlight was renault tractor on vicon baler:love:

wednesday stopped at 'ferry inn' at stokesby.....i ignored the rather 'fragile' mooring outside the pub reasoning it was decorative rather than functional and moored bit further down....so there we were having some chips and a drink and this boat heads towards afforementioned mooring:scratchhead:......chap.... harassed looking mum and 5yr ish old boy.....he was coming in little fast:oops:.....anyway reaches the side....he hops off ....rope around a post.....then it goes wrong......mum has retreated cos there's a baby started crying.....5yr old boy exitedly telling dad the boat is pulling back away from mooring and theres another boat coming.....dad jumps back on but it's to late.....all the momentum snaps the dodgy mooring post and boat drifts back out......cue lots of engine reving and maneuvers and he steams off up the river trailing the mooring post behind😁...now..if it were me i'd a kept going taking my 'shame' with me;).....BUT NO:oops:.....around he turns and comes back for another go:oops:.....feeling sorry by now....as he approaches i ,showing rare dexterity, hop on board on throw rope to boy and we get him moored:).....he's thanking me...the mum, holding the now crying baby. is also close to tears when the whole of the pub staff troupe out like a line of grumpy ducklings to inspect the 'damage' ....the last carries a hazard cone to replace the rotten mooring post😁..we leave them...the mum tucking into a large glass of wine😁

thursday we're in 'port'....theres a 'portly gentlemen' wearing a 'sh!t happens' t shirt organising a rather 'motley crew' on a really big boat....2 decker with second helm up top......anyhoo we set off...going along i spy sail boat tacking ahead so i ease off (motor gives way to sail;))....next thing 'fat b'stard' ( as i renamed him) overtakes me flat out:oops:....'YOU FAT B'STARD' i exclaimπŸ˜—.....now opinion is divided on whether he heard me or not....i don't think he did but the admonishing mrs spin reckons he did:scratchhead:.......he's cut up the sail boat....i get past apologetically then get 'broads rage' and give chase at full speed......HMMm...7mph:banghead:.....i can see FB in the distance...still flat out....my chances of catching zilch i quickly give up:rolleyes:

got home friday....cleaned out polytunnel for straw and did a bitta baling yesterday:love:'
