Would do If tractor was overtaking car and car turned right, that contact would put him over in the gardens.

Just can’t imagine being foolish enough to put a (loaded) tractor in that position though
How many on here complain of cars overtaking tractors turning right!!!
Lots.
If that was what happened I would definitely point the finger at the driver of the Fastrac
(edit: as I sit with my feet up on my sofa!)

Maybe caught it with the trailer maybe. The accidents I’ve seen and thought how the f everything is possible.
That being said isn’t it a rule when driving a fast track you must be on the phone
No expert by a long shot but could be the car is secondary damage, drivers behind the tractor responding and some being not as quick as others. They say a picture is worth a thousand words but these come with a thousand questions if you ask me to get the full picture.

It would be interesting to know if these drivers were the farmers or just staff sent out with no equipment to do the job properly?
I can't see many 18 year olds telling the boss they're not going to cart bales unless they have all the straps and everything's road legal.
With no training or tests required how would a newbie even know what was right, especially if the boss told them they didn't need to bother and hurry up the job needs doing now.
