Didn’t realise ARLA contract was tied to a farm?
It's not, but if you sell the farm and cows as a going concern and buying wants to keep going in the same circumstances then with certain conditions the contract can be transfered.
In the case of Newton Rigg the seller was continuing to milk at the original farm so kept the contract. You can not split a contract.

Its quite flash.
I used to pick milk up there when it was first built but before the cubicle shed went up, at which point they changed milk companies.
It was considered a good shed because you got to it off a tar seal road, the track was smooth and it was usually what's known as a 'single suck' One pick up, full load back to the factory:love:
