No.seems everyone making clouds of dust.
had less than 10mm since mid July, hardly a vounteer has chitted, grass burnt to a crisp.
after bad blackgrass last year, plenty of seed return. am i the only one stalling?
Stop moving it leave it where it is!brown ground here at the moment move the top inch and a mass of ryegrass waiting to poke through some from 3+ inchs down when it does rain how much more will germinate? its frightning really weve had one chit and moved it!
have you not started either?
Careful what you wish for!Haven't started yet, either on sprayer or hedge cutter sorting out corn storage only just finished cutting beans, luckily I've got all my seed requirements sat in the shed, hopefully get started tomorrow but its like concrete out there.
Aye, look like we might actually see some rain this week....Careful what you wish for!
Some would be good.. just hope it knows when to stop. 2019 autumn weather left me with PTSD I now realise!Aye, look like we might actually see some rain this week....

Wrong threadWB sown last week
Wheat partly in.
We've had almost an inch of rain since 3am so what's sown will get a start.
Just glad we're sown up tight behind the plough.
Of course there is truth in it. Everything is completely f**ked at the moment.Hearing the seed trade finding it hard to make deliveries on farm with the fuel issue.
Any truth in that?
