I'm not a heavy shopper myself, so it's hard for me to give an exhaustive list of goods. However, my missus and I have had adequate experience of trying to order things which are in stock, and were previously available for delivery to Northern Ireland, but no longer can be delivered to our postcode, to know that things have changed.

I suppose why would they send product to you when things are already in short supply here.
Can't you in your fortunate location buy from ROI and Europe if the UK won't oblige?

It’s all smoke and mirrors. DUP are squealing about it, and rightly so, as they caused the thing, and now the unionist electorate are likely to give them a good kicking.
UUP far more pragmatic about it. They see the benefits of being in the EU market.

Unionist Declaration on the Northern Ireland Protocol.
“We, the undersigned Unionist Political Leaders, affirm our opposition to the Northern Ireland Protocol, its mechanisms and structures and reaffirm our unalterable position that the Protocol must be rejected and replaced by arrangements which fully respect Northern Ireland’s position as a constituent and integral part of the United Kingdom”.
Sir Jeffrey Donaldson MP DUP Leader
Doug Beattie MC MLA UUP Leader
Jim Allister MLA TUV Leader
Cllr Billy Hutchinson PUP Leader

Explanatory Note:
Northern Ireland is a constituent part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by reason of the Acts of Union 1800 and the continuing express will of its people.
The Union is both economic and political.
The Belfast Agreement set the conditions on this island for the operation of two separate jurisdictions in order to promote peace, reconciliation and place the people at the heart of any decisions that are made about the sovereign status of Northern Ireland. The Belfast Agreement gave assurance against change without consent and guaranteed equilibrium as between East/West and North/South arrangements. Yet, under the Protocol the East/West relationship has been severely undermined, again without consent. Furthermore, the Protocol is in conflict with the Acts of Union - as declared recently in the High Court.
The economic union is grounded in Article 6 of the Acts of Union, which guarantees unfettered trade on the same footing between and within all parts of the United Kingdom. The Northern Ireland Protocol fundamentally alters the arrangements within the Belfast Agreement by making Northern Ireland subject to European Union laws and processes of a Single Market for goods, under a European Union customs code and VAT regime, with the rest of our nation decreed a “third country” when it comes to trade and the import of goods.
Economically, the Protocol has inflicted grave damage on many business sectors, which will increase with the end of grace periods. The huge disruption of trade in the supply of goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland has caused unnecessary supply chain disruption and unacceptable and unsustainable levels of bureaucracy and barriers to trade within our own nation. The resulting diversion and reorientation of trade is destructive of Northern Ireland’s place in the United Kingdom and will result in an economic realignment which is unacceptable.
Through the Northern Ireland Protocol, the European Union asserts sovereignty over economic and trading matters in Northern Ireland, subjecting us to their laws - which we cannot change - and the rule of the European Court of Justice without local political representation, creating a major democratic deficit.
We wish nothing more than good and practical relations with the European Union and the Irish Republic which is our nearest neighbour and with whom we share a frontier between the United Kingdom and the European Union. However, this cannot be achieved with Great Britain designated as a ‘third country’, with a regulatory border partitioning the United Kingdom, and subjecting Northern Ireland to European Union laws and jurisdiction.
Thus, going forward, any agreement which fails to ensure a proportionate and equitable solution which respects the sovereignty of the United Kingdom and restores our unfettered place within the Internal Market, cannot command the support of the unionist community.
ENDS.

didn't court case basically say that the act of union is no longer in play, as it be supersede with the new laws.

also we have unfettered access to great Britain market, it that Great Britain does have unfettered access to us. so i don't think it does break the GFA

and talking to my friends in GB they seem to be having more shortages and having higher price raises than the the people in NI so it very hard to work out what the NIP is causing and what it not

can't help but wonder had Poots took his head out of his ass and had put proper system in place would we even have notice the NIP given that the DuP has worked very hard to make sure that British women and LGBTQ people in NI are second class citizans who do not share the same right as they would if they just lived 30 miles across a bit of water.

for the record i do believe that the is the worsted possible deal for NI. had the DuP shown a bit of foresight and worked for the people of NI, they could have turned NI into a power house for the UK, securing our place in the UK for the next 100 years as we would be earning so much money for the UK they never dare lets us go,

You are in the power house place right now. NI, can market itself as the prime place for GB companies to invest in, so that they can have unfettered access to the EU.
Also as the prime place for ROI companies to invest in, so they in turn get unfettered access to GB market.
Invest NI, should be powering ahead now, attracting businesses from GB and ROI. Low hanging fruit.

The High Court ruled that the protocol conflicts with the 1800 Act of Union, but that legislation enacting the protocol in Parliament has repealed part of the Act of Union.
