I don’t know what you think but we thought the vredo had a very defined sharp slot, no loose soil at all in there as it has very sharp coulters which led to poor germination especially in a sticky time, loose soil in the slot with the seed is vital really imoI have a 20 year old+ Moore Sam built for us..32 coulter in a 4m fixed frame and accord top and over the years had demos of various D drills and not one made me think of selling the Moore. Tried the Vredo alongside a few years back and could not match the penetration and when up the germination was not so good as well. With 32 in 4m we never cross drill but I would add it is always for cutting not grazing. It has become like Trigger's broom.?
