Some quality Charolais for sale tommorrow, especially in the junior classes for anyone needing a bull. Mr Milne made a very good job of judging the Charolais today hard to fault his class winners.

Is there an online sale report out now to see what lots have been selling for or do folks have to wait post event for the UA report?

There is usually a good concise report on the above website

He had a nice bull there himself. Some quality and some trade, it’s been a few years since Junior Charolais at Stirling in October have been as good I would think - there is often a bargain to be had but not today, it will be some junior average.

juniors were the best classes in my opinion. all the red ticket bulls made good money thats for sure, it was a hard sale but guess october is more a buyers sale than feb sale

no worries - you could have come and said hello . How badly did my bulls look out of place ?
Don't beat yourself up, selling in Stirling is a funny old game!
Overfed, oversized and overfat tends to sell best up there, even though many of the buyers say they don't want that.

Some reasonable quality bulls went cheap and some overfat uncorrected scrap made double what it should have.
