Cant have it both ways! To use the factor of 2 in your calculation the vaccine needs to be the cause of the factor of 2 otherwise it's not relevant.

Tested & active cases are not the same thing if you look at the world meter charts, the UK seems to be the only country where "active" cases continue to increase no mater what for some unexplained reason.
Lots of pre budget announcements of large amounts of money for various things, not so long ago leaks pre budget would be followed by mounting anger & investigations, is this yet another government u turn or just another cynical attempt to deflect from growing dismal covid news

We do vaccinate people who are "ill" it just depends (clinical decision) on what they are ill with.

If someone has a temporary illness e.g. respiratory virus then they are advisedto delay vaccination currently and previously.
This is because the immune system is weakened/compromised immediately after vaccination.
It's not a big deal, but is a good reason to not vaccinate in January.

Even if you are not ill, you are more susceptible to serious illness from all viruses include covid immediately post vaccination until the immune system has dealt with the vaccine and generated immunity.
Hence the numbers in original Pfizer trial, also explains cases spiking in response to vaccination increases.
It's just a necessary/unavoidable part of the equation.
Although can be mitigated by vaccine timing.

Yes, I`ll agree with susceptibility post vaccination but that also applies to any vaccine and any illness.
I wouldn`t hold much credence to some of the screenshots your adding as they are tipping into the conspiracy world.
The reality is the vaccines have been trialled, they work, they reduce chronic illness and are ONE OF the things we can do to mitigate until we reach the point we just live with it like flu.
