Most mainstream car radio makers, sony, jvc, kenwood etc have simple “deckless” units. some are only 100mm deep. They have Bluetooth for streaming from a phone, and/or USB port to connect a usb stick with tunes on.
The USB port can also be used to charge a phone, but probably only around 500mA output so will be slow.
I have never found the tuners in the cheap no brand units to be any good.

the last one I bought was a Sony @ £40 from Halfords on a bank holiday weekend deal.
