Flotation tyres

Iv got some flotation tyres that leak 66 43 r25 air. From around the bead. Will this just be the seals need replacing (tyres are in excellent nick) or is it better to put tyre gunk around the bead.
On another note whats the best way to get them back on the bead? And inflated.
And my third question being a bit of a novice is it actually possible to get tubes to put in tyres like these.

I say put tubes in and be done with it. You can get tubes, won't be cheap for that size though.

Bead sealer might do the job temporarily but may not last in a high load heavy use situation- there's only one way to find out, it's cheap enough and handy to have a tub of it around for future use.

As for how to get the beads seated - a large bead bazooka, or if the tyres are reasonably supple you might be able to wrap a ratchet tiedown/chain and comealong around the centre to squash the beads out. Or you could do the thing with the lighter fluid and blow your eyebrows off.

We had a quad with brand new tyres that wouldn't stay up, rims wire brushed to an inch of their lives, still leaked from dents.

I broke the beads and put clear bathroom sealant around the rim and then seated the tyres to low pressure until the sealer dried.

They never leaked again
Same problem here with a set on front of our 30e. Have to blow them up each mornin before puttin in silage which is a pita. Is it just silicone u used? Im runnin them at around 70 so would this work at that pressure u think? Have already tried the tyre men to reseal it to no avail

Cheers any ideas where to get tubes from

Take valve out and put that green tyre seal stuff in, it finds the leaks and seals them used it loads of ag stuff that leaked works really well and no need to break beads.

if you get more leaks it will find them too!

stuff I have was from spaldings in 25lt drums

Same tyres are just a pain for no reason and Then you get other tyres where you beat a bent rim back with a sledge hammer and they seal perfectly straight away 🤔😂

How much do you put in to a tyre? I've tried the green stuff in my ATV before and found it was rubbish, but I only squirted a "bit" in out of the small squeezy bottle it came in.....I guess if I had 25 litres available, it might be a different story

Not much for an atv tyre tractor rears recommends litres, I would say maybe half a coke can worth? If it’s a bead leak take it off and flip it over so it can get there easily then stick it back on
