Tbf my father thought the newer zetors are gone plasticy

Would have thought you'd get an early 2000's 7341 zetor or similar in or just above budget which wouldn't be a bad shout

Tbf my father thought the newer zetors are gone plasticy etc he don't like modern yokes
Them 7341s are a nice tractor but hard tó find one reasonably priced atm. Brakes are g in them plus the gearstick is on the rhd instead of the middle.

Especially if he buys a 6180!! Crikey aren’t they famously where MF started to lose their way? If budget is fixed a high hours 00/10 series jd; sg2 are getting ‘old’ now
Would go up to 20 thousand if The tractor hadn't powershift or powershuttle and wasn't too old. Like I wouldn't be paying 25 grand for a 390😂. Not looking for anything full of electrics or too fancy. Basic tractor max 95hp

You can't really go wrong with an air cooled Same. Look into the Explorer 80 or 90, the Lasers are getting a bit old now.

You can get Explorers with and without powershift.

Not sure about the Laser, they're a different series of engine to the newer and more current 1000.4/1000.6, you've got to think about the long term availability of parts. I'm sure a Laser would be fine if it was in good nick, but if you needed to get parts in a hurry could you trust your local SDF dealership to have the bits you need?

You must be in with a shout of an early Zetor Proxima 8441 - a neighbour has done a lot of hours with one and it`s been good machine. He also had a 7341 and it was a good bus too .
Looked at 7441s and didn't rlly like them n found them hard to start

7341 where I work has been absolutely hammered, as the main loader tractor for years, door missing, wings broken, roof leaks, front brakes don't work, leaks oil from both ends, had fuel filter bypassed at one point and hasn't held water for at least a couple years and yet, out of all the tractors I have driven over the years, on a freezing cold day, this is the one I would expect to start out of any of them
