Okay so narrowed my search down for a front mower conditioner to a new Kuhn or new mchale . Bearing in mind haven’t had or used a front before but needs to float well for my ground. Krone and Claas dealers can’t be arsed chasing up any kind of sale while Kuhn and mchale are keen. Kuhn is £1800 dearer than mchale , I’m just hesitant on the mchale as lot of mixed reports and not many local sold. Kuhn is heavier than mchale. Finance wise similar terms. Probably swaying for the Kuhn . Opinions?

Technically it was a Claas I had in my mind from the start but we are in the crossover point from two dealers who in past have made sing and dance if bought from one not the other so vowed it will be there loss this time as can’t be bothered with there shiteI did just thought I'd throw a

Out of those two I'd go Kuhn, even though it's a lot bigger and heavier than it needs to be.

With all the Kuhn mowers you see around they must be doing something right.
Kuhn or Krone if you can get a better dealer, they’ve good stone protection. Who wants a mower built with polish parts by polish in west of Ireland?
Used to be alot of pottinger in my area hardly any know they seem to self destruct.

Krone is very expensive for the float mower. I run a krone rear so know there good mower but just too expensive for the front one.
U would think so yes but the two dealers won’t price against each other , ironic thing is the dealer that believes we are in there area I have another Claas dealer 15 miles closer!! So bugger them they will loose a sale over there system .
Also pottinger dealer is Lloyds and come across with attitude they couldn’t care if u bought one or not. Like I said Kuhn and mchale are only dealers who have followed up quite couple times and actually seem hungry for a deal .

That kind of attitude in business really irks me and I wouldn't buy from them on principle. Doesn't matter what brand or machine. I'd buy a pottinger from out of the area deliberately.

Which branch of Lloyd’s? I use Carlisle and cannot fault them. John Marston is an excellent salesman.
