Thanks ACE your reply came through as I was searching and didn't see it before my edit.
So can I assume this is the highest power 1/2" gun then.
Not got my head round this bluetooth button yet does it need to be set to get the biggest oomph?
Download the app and set torque on phone and you can have 4 different torque settings

i would think its not set to max power, i have a couple of the non onekey version of that gun, spend most of their time with a 46mm socket on and never had one they cant undo. we have replaced them with the dewalt 950Nm for anything smaller than 46mm as they dont shake themselves to pieces like the milwaukees have

Yes what you have is the high torque 1/2 gun, I dont have it as i run the old Mid torque 1/2 drive cause its compact and lighter then have the old non one key version of what you have but with a 3/4 drive.

It don't look like they do a normal 1/2 high torque gun any more only the onekey?

You will need to go on the app and check out the settings make sure they are on max i guess. I have used a mates one of them though. if your wheel nuts were abit rusty and had a counter sink on them then there possibly nothing wrong with the gun! counter sunk wheel nuts are often stupid tight to crack off. JCB wheel nuts are a bugger my 3/4 gun and the new version of my 3/4 gun will not do JCB nuts at all, got to crack them off with a long bar first or apply a small lick of flame to them to break the counter sunk.

and yet manitou wheel nuts that are bigger nuts and thread but no counter sunk my 3/4 gun never fails to undo them.

You should be able to easy shear off m12 8.8 bolts with yours when clamped in the vice and possibly strip the threads off a m16 bolt too if you want too.

If you dont think its right then you will need to file a claim form and they will send a courier to collect it for repair, its easy to do if you registered the warranty online, you just login, select the tool you want to make a claim and fill in the form, box it up and courier arrives then a few days later it gets returned repaired or replaced. (You do this with Milwaukee not where ever you bought it from)

OK stripped an m16 on 4 so gun's probably fine would've been rusty countersunk nuts that was the problem.
Currently locked out of one key after too many login attempts trying to set up the app on the mobile. Not sure how to sort it or if its the same pass as the extended warranty so sent them a message, no reply as yet.

Mine hasn't got the one key but third setting is max torque and fourth is supposed to be the same but detects when the bolt is moving and slows down so it doesn't spin the nut off into the distance. If the threads are rusty it gets confused and sh1!s down before it should.

Does Milwaukee or anyone else make a grease gun to take screw in cartridges?

I think you can get an adaptor but I would assume it leaves the cartridge very vulnerable to getting knocked and damaged resulting in a big greasy mess🤔 nothing wrong with normal carts if you buy decent ones that dont jam in the barrels or are full of air😂

Fuches and smith and Allen are fine.

Wouldnt use them if they was free, cant stand carts with notches on like that. Full lip for me only. Stops them jamming in the barrels.

they are full lip cartridges

not in your pic there not. looks like smith and allen may have changed carts as cant find the solid lip/rim on there website now which is typical. second pic is of another random brand i found that shows what i mean.
