Legally you can go as far as you like on Red to do a job providing that it’s agricultural work when you get there, hauling produce is a different matter, the limit is only 15 miles. I think this case comes under blatant disregard to the law.

I might be wrong but isn't the 15 miles just for produce and not inputs?

Spending £20k and driving 90 miles to save paying £1.50 more per bale to a neighbour for straw. Sounds about right for the straw job.

So what would you say 22 years ago , putting trailer on back of rr and fuel tank on front of trailer ,and goin* to poland to pick upa fendt ,put rr on trailer and hook up to fendt and drive 1600 k back

I was in a local dealers yard a few years ago (Lincs) a guy pulled in with a LR 90 and Ifor trailer , hooked the trailer on a case IH 956/1056 loaded the 90 on the trailer and set off back to Devon .
