Does it matter ?who paid for training
Does it matter ?
I'm sure it doesn't apply here , but if I'd paid for an employee to do training and within a few month's he left to work somewhere else I think I could have trouble rememberingDoes it matter ?
That’s what I thought Bob was getting at if that happens you’d have every right to be annoyed but can’t really keep it from them surely? Should agree in writing before hand that if they leave within a timeframe they are liable to stump up a percentageI'm sure it doesn't apply here , but if I'd paid for an employee to do training and within a few month's he left to work somewhere else I think I could have trouble remembering
So yes it could
Yep should be sorted beforehandThat’s what I thought Bob was getting at if that happens you’d have every right to be annoyed but can’t really keep it from them surely? Should agree in writing before hand that if they leave within a timeframe they are liable to stump up a percentage
I don’t think I’d have the brass neck to not offer to pay if I was in that positionYep should be sorted beforehand
Lads on civil engineering have to sign up to stay for an agreed time or repay training costs I think
And if he can’t remember who trained him, can he remember anything else from the training? The man who was trained should be able to remember who trained him
Or more to the point, have the ability to do the job themselves.Did the trainer who did the training actually have a training certificate himself ?
I thought there was a central register, but may be wrong.Ring up City and Guilds at Stoneleigh, probably register with them whoever did the training.
How do you go about getting your tickets off an ex employer who says, I can't remember the training company, and they should have sent the tickets directly to you?
