No experience of the ones you mention but if i was buying now id go pottinger. Pottinger 10ft used 30% less diesel than equivalent vicon/kverneland on the same work. Ran a JD 1355 previously and that was good too.

i know theres a million ways to skin a cat but im not sure how you are managing to justify a 10ft trail mower over 200 acres,especially with current machinery prices. good luck to you though, cant take it with you, so if you like machinery then why not
I don’t know they last a long time a trailed in particular I think will last double what a mounted will due to even loading on the discs our old tarrup would of been 30 years + when we sold it. I really believe that his mowing could be more cost effective than somebody with 10 times more as it just wears out 10 times faster

That’s fair enough, but in the grand scheme of things mowers aren’t too expensive. If we can make the next mower last 20+ years it wouldn’t be too bad.
I'd say worthless. I've had to suffer a 1360 and three 1365s and I never want to see another one.
I didn't own any of them, they belonged to contractors I drove for.
What was wrong with them? Not many like water troughs chain harrows or concrete

Oh sound pretty crap then seemed to be a lot about at one time. I was just meaning contractors machines usually get a rough time because people that employ contractors to do their work don’t tend to clear their fields as well as the ones running their own gear
They were probably fine in the 90s with 100hp in front of them or they would do someone who just wanted to mow a few acres of their own and needed something cheap, but they're an old, overrated design.
