Happy New Year

Does anyone on here have a FAUCHEUX F200P Loader, the black boom, with white hydraulic rams fitted with a Euro8 headstock or adaptor?
We bought one and the loader headstock looks like a Euro8, but it isn't, the locking pins are much larger, and the height between the the top bar and the locating pins is about 1" different..
I would greatly appreciate some pics if possible.

Sorry missed this post. Yes, that is a Faucheux head stock. I have tractors with both Euro-8 and Faucheux and IMO the Faucheux is far superior head stock to the Euro-8.
I appreciate what you are saying, the implement locking pins are far beefier..
Does your Faucheux loader when fully lowered touch the floor? Im not sure wether they sit a little higher off the ground..

Yes, they don't tend to go right down to the floor. I will measure it tomorrow.

The loaders were quite underrated.. when we bought our one secondhand, someone said that they have a 10 year warranty on the main frame.. anyone else heard that? And what happened to their concept of an extra pivot halfway along the boom for more or less extension.. did any get sold??

It probably got dropped when the US Alamo group took them over in the noughties. I don't think they manufacture loaders anymore although they still supply parts I think. Pity, IMO one on the best loaders made. I reckon the tractor would break before the loader in most circumstances.

Why is this a problem for you ?
My Faucheux is of at the moment in the shed but doesn't go right down either.

If you're trying to put it off it really should have a muck fork or bucket up a
I am not saying its a problem the headstock being off the floor by 6 inches!
When I fit one of the aftermarket Euro8 headstock attachments, I will have to place the Euro8 headstock on the ground, and fabricate any necessary brackets to suit, as with all the attachments I have require the Euro8 headstock to be on the ground or just slightly off.. I also will have to ensure I angle it back slightly so it shrouds back a little..
