Staffing issues, at Preston anyway. Talking to a guy who weighs cows in there said they are only killing them two days this week
They sold well, can I ask the breed/Cross?

Before everyone blows me out the water (again) buying store cattle, can I just remind you barley is £237 tonne delivered, and apparently it's getting scarce.

I had a couple of cull ewes in as well today. A 40kg Beltex shearling made £70 and a 120kg Charollais aged ewe made £197. Dearest cull ewe I've ever sold, but the Beltex would have have been even more per kilo!
