Kelvin's Farm on BBC

All these 'celebs' need putting in a proper show. Call it 'survivor'. They get dumped in a wilderness and have to make it 100 miles to safety, whilst being chased by Kiwi Pete or someone else suitably brutal. Those that don't make it get killed and eaten- by Kiwi Pete, wild dogs, dingos or wolves.

The above is the only way you would get me to watch a programme featuring these kind of people.
This would also solve the problem of "over supply" in the celebrity world.
Due to the glut of "Celebs" there is a need to devise ever more shite programs ( I'm not referring to this one as I haven't seen it) based on celebrity culture, giving an ever more unrealistic view of the world to the next generation, to give employment to these people.

I’ll watch it only because there’s not much else on. He can afford to do it and why not let him. It will either work or it won’t. If it doesn’t then either he will plant it with trees or let it out to the woman that is advising him, and I find her way more annoying than Kelvin.

I worry that nobody has explained the concept of "scripted reality TV" to the sheep. I'll continue to hope their keeper was significantly distracted by the goings on of filming, etc, to have missed that maggoty foot ~ and that she's somehow misrepresented by shock-jock diva editing ...

Reminds me of John Bishop…the Comedian…and one of his observations.
This bit is the joke…
Came into his house one day and copped his younger teenage son watching some fairly adventurous porn…
Having watched should we say some of the more interesting parts of the film..
Bishop said he felt duty bound to point out to his son that real life was somewhat different to the film he was watching.
This bit is not the Joke..
The problem with Kelvins Farm is that no one is around to point out that what the viewer is watching is somewhat different from the reality of livestock farming.

Christ.

Just watched this evenings episode…give me strength!

Let’s go buy some sheep to make money from wool….buy some rare breeds…fair enough they sell fleeces for a good bit of coin.

Oh but we only have 4 ewes. (and not a great advert for shearing by looks of ewes)

Get ewes home and give them a full bag of feed….and there’s plenty of grass….surprised they did not get acidosis!!

If this is meant to be BBC’s answer to the success of Clarksons Farm then they’ve missed the goal buy a few miles.

I will add, shearing the sheep's head looks far better to me, in the first show I was thinking why did the shearer not do their head, he obviously did a different course to me!

Other thing I will add, someone should tell him that it's not good practice to try to grab sheep by their wool, how would he like someone trying to grab him by the hair or beard!

They are Cotswold ewes, you are meant to leave the top knot on, some people get very arsey if you forget and shear it off.
