Ok so any tractor I've run the mchale fusion baler on has the 110 l/min ccls pump. Had it piped to run load sensing on the tractor. I see tractors advertised with for example 190 l/min pumps. Would that make any difference to the running of the machine?

Isn't the minimum flow for the Fusion something like 45 litres per minute? I can't see the bigger pump making any difference.

Yeah must be a reason manufacturer's offer much bigger pumps?

There'll be plenty of machines that need a much higher flow than a Fusion, such as anything that has multiple hydraulic motors or requires a motor to be kept running while something is lifted.

More oil flow, will still be the same pressure but will work faster.
Baler should be fine but you may have to set the flow rate so motors and rams don’t run to fast. I’m not familiar with the fusion so couldn’t say what adjustment may be needed but it will have been designed to be used ok on tractors with big pumps.

Plenty of manufacturers offer larger flow pumps. I need it with the vaddy tempo. Front tank and drill on constant pump for the air and to do everything else markers lift it up and down etc etc.

Larger pump does not mean you will get any more flow per service.
You can only physically get around 80 to 90 litres a minute down a 1/2 pipe but with a bigger pump you will be able to get a better flow across all services combined. Larger pumps are normally piston pumps too which are better, take less power to drive and only pump oil on demand.
