20 to 25 k for second hand set up, grant coming out soon for a new system, we have some second hand things we would sell
I would just have a new or very fresh pipe coming off the pump to take the pressure ,in the field dragging you can use any old pipe.

a doda pump & some 4" hose, some splash plates if you want do that

we can not drag poor hose in the field , has to be good hose

Correct,grass is not.
We use a 10 year old snaptight pipe on arable ground. We are doing more and more spreading on bare stubble before drilling cover crops
Before buying anything ask yourself… “how much pain can I f**king handle” … pumping really isn’t for the faint hearted and pumping with f**ked kit really really isn’t for the faint hearted.. remember when buying second hand Slurry kit 95% of people don’t sell slurry kit until it’s f**ked .. the other 5% sell it because it’s broken them mentally and physically and they’ve thrown in the towel …
when it’s going well it’s the best job in the world imo … when it’s not going well, putting your head in the PTO seems a kind way too end it
