Surprised non-one suggested Trading Standards, legally they are responsible for urgent animal welfare issues
When I get a trading standards phone call there is usually something wrong that needs sorting. Either a dead one somewhere or a couple of lane ones by a road. The RSPCA never seem too follow anything serious!

The RSPCA and National Trust were both fantastic institutions that have now become big businesses with profits over principles and political bias that should see there charitable statuses removed.
They have been captured by the same types who dye their hair pink and encourage children to change gender.

No hope for their reform, just don't encourage them by calling or donating.

my mother naively started donating, £10 a month to the RSPCA. on a standing order, this was a few years ago? Must of then got on the suckers list, because in the evenings about 7pm ish she used to get nice? people from other animal charities? having a good old talk? then the come to the point bit? could you donate to our charity? The whole idea of these many many many charities is good, but but, how many times do you read, find out that the people who run the charity, in charge of the money , then pay themselves fortunes? Latest being the daughter of late captain tom moore,
