Bulk buying dog food.

Good choice (I use it too!)

Would the farm store you buy it at not manage to sell you a pallet?
It would, but I use mole valley and I find that when they sell in bulk they only really knock 50p off a bag if you’re lucky, and I just wondered if there was anywhere that would do like a wholesale price ?

We’ve got 12 dogs here, and most of the winter they live on venison and similar with a bit of dry to balance it out. But in summer we mostly feed dry due to the flies etc. So we can go through a lot !

Have you just googled around?
We find mvf expensive even bag for bag.
Bought puppy biscuits from Waitrose (online) last time, as they were miles cheaper than mvf.
Cat biscuits similar- much cheaper elsewhere.

I do know 1 or 2 who buy bulk though, so I'll ask around.

To be fair the main reason we use mole is I pass it every day, and previously the manager has been very good, putting any ripped bags of anything we use, it short dated stuff our way for cheap.

My wife was buying Harringtons with Amazon for the housedog on a fortnightly automatic order and then it suddenly didn’t turn up, put her on my working dogs food expecting the Harringtons from Amazon to arrive any day, none have arrived since and when she spoke to them after it had happened twice they said they could no longer get supplies of it but they never sent any email or messages saying it wouldn’t be coming.

I’ve also thought about buying a tonne of dog food at a time. Go through around 9 litres of biscuits a day through circa 170kg of dogs
