Land ownership in the Ukraine?

Given that during the time that Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union, all land belonged to the State how was it returned to private ownership?

Did Ukraine create a few oligarchs through cheap land deals like Russia did with it's energy businesses?

If you read theough , you will find that the old collective farms were split up between the workers, with no single person allowed to hold more than 100 hectare

I meant more widespread sorry

The leader bills himself as a leader that will clean up the corruption , he didn’t unfortunately .
He wasn't given much of a chance with Russia fomenting rebellion and covid getting in the way, aside from which you can't change things overnight. One of his first major jobs was removing the immunity from prosecution that their MPs enjoyed and was working towards making the media accountable for their output.

And civil war getting in the way . Its a shame both ukraine and russia suffer so much corruption both places have so much to offer if they were more honest and stable .

But there must have been more than one worker per 100 ha? So who decided how much each worker got?

Wide open for corruption.
The thinking behind the max of 100 acres was an attempt to prevent what happened in much of eastern Europe at the dissolution of the Collective farms.
very large numbers of people were given plots miles from where they lived, they had absolutely no money to neither, live, work it or the kit for 5-10 acres. The result was that speculators bought up very large areas for minimal prices, often no more than a few dollars. They then leased a lot of this land to Western farming companies, often for more rent a year than they had paid for it.
the aim of the land reform in the Ukraine was an orderly land market

I was reading very recently an article from last year ( maybe the Horsch magazine?) about a huge farming buisness of 500000 ha over 27 locations who also own/ operate one of the main grain and port facilities at Chornomorsk . They employ 12000 people. Think it was called Kernel ?
What state it is now is anybodies guess !
