It all depends what you want to do and what you are buying are you thinking of a 700 and one cab? In the one cab there are differences with the layout of the arm rest. Also which level of guidance you can get, if you want section control, headland automation and variable rate I am fairly sure you have to have profi plus. If you don’t need them you can have one of the others.

There’s a page at the back of the brochure that explains it and all on the website. I have a 724 profi plus, I need section control so that is why I have it.

Better wiper on the profi models, higher flow hydraulics, both optional.

Older power models didn’t have armrest paddle spools, something I’d miss.

I think it’s the usual sales type thing, paperwork says rear wiper is an option but in reality no dealer sells without one. I’m sure there would be a few other similar items on that list. I think most tractors leave the dealer with the big front wiper now which covers most of the front screen.

My advice when ordering a new Fendt would be spend extra on the lever operated spool valve connectors they are so much better than standard. Also have 1 extra spool than you require this can then be dedicated to the pickup hitch

I think you can only get the lever spools on the profi models, don’t think they would let you spec them on a power model, you also couldn’t have an integrated front spool, though you could run pipes from a rear spool.

You are probably right, the 3 I’ve had have all been profi plus

The lever release spools are a different league to the p1ss poor ones on my last Fendt.

In the old days of the little screen @Boysground was right, now under fendt one section control is possible on power plus, rtk also, although I think you can rtk on the old little screen.
On fendt one power plus you get some paddles, 2 from memory, profi plus you get more.
I’ve not actually got vr but I’m 99% you do that on power plus, fairly sure you can do headland turn also.
As far as I recall with fendt one power plus you can’t do telemetry, and some documentation stuff, but that’s junk anyway.
I think the difference I was quoted was about 9k for a rtk, section control tractor, I get 2 paddles and a bit of chrome round the lights for 9k, apart from that it’s the same

Just about to take delivery of a 718 power plus that they already had in stock. Apart from a different passenger seat back rest and slightly different spool valve layout on the armrest there’s very little different.

A 69 plate Valtra N174. It’s a reluctant change as the Valtra is a fantastic tractor but has been disappointing when it comes to reliability, not ideal when you only have one tractor. Maybe I just got a Friday afternoon one!
