No matter how hard you try, they still die

.....sheep keeping can be very difficult at times to say the least .

Best thing about sheep was Fatha selling the lot 25yr ago. never looked back.

Feel for you and everyone else at the lambing just now, weathers been terrible the last couple of days, always gets them lambing....

Seriously no offence to those who like them & poss have no choice in the matter.
We had other options thats all.
i wouldnt touch them even for £25/hr now.
a pal is doing contracting lambing poss onto his 5th since late feb now.
Think he needs his heed looking at

Watched a program on telly a few years ago about either Iceland or the Faroe islands. It showed their farmers gathering the community sheep flock down from the mountain.
As one farmer passed the camera he muttered and mumbled something.
The subtitles at the bottom of the screen simply said...
BLOODY SHEEP!
