Alliance tyres unbelievable customer service

Had a set of Alliance put on a tractor last summer and in the new year noticed cracking in the back set. Contacted the guys we bought them off and they came straight out took photos, date stamps serial numbers etc. Late feb Alliance sent a rep to have a look and was fairly open that there was an issue in the manufacturing process and that this would be a straight forward warranty claim, the tyres had done around 700 hours by now.
As time ticked on the cracking/delamintaing got worse so we continued to chase them to the response of “The tyres are structurally sound and will naturally wear out, but not an issue as we have plenty of that size in the country which we can get hold of if they do fail which we will knock 40% off the cost of”!!!!!!
So not a warranty claim then but a discount to another set of tyres which could do the same after a few hundred hours!
Anyway surprise surprise one of the rear tyres collapsed while on the road which was rather exciting, the tyre firm came out and managed to get us sorted with a smaller tyre just to get us back to base, and our rep sent numerous photos of the inside to alliance expressing the urgency of the need to get a pair of rear tyres from the abundant stock in the country which has now transpired does not exist and now they are not answering the reps calls or ours.
The best we have found from another brand will be next month at best, but why are we having to pay out for another set of tyres after 8 months and a few hundred hours.
The pictures below are the inside of the rear, every cleat has ripped away from the inner wall breaking the wire.
Absolutely shocking from alliance IMO

Get another set of tyres from whoever supplied them and when the bill arrives, tell them your not paying and why. They either accept it or get trading Standards involved.
Yep that’s our thinking too but the biggest issue is getting hold of a pair of 710 75 42 vf’s in the first place

We have a customer with Alliance 710/85r38, 1 failed the other week and the word from our supplier is there is none in stock and Alliance aren’t making anymore till there is enough orders worldwide to justify starting a run. Unfortunately there are only 2 manufacturers making this size and the other is the expensive french one.

Surely irrelevant if it’s within the load rating and run within the manufacturers recommended operating pressures?
Not saying it is. Just wondering if all their tyres are sh!t or just the big low ground pressure types that need to flex a lot. I need 580/70 38 on a four cylinder to replace some ( what I think are) sh!t trelleborgs. £2200 for them,£825 for alliance.

Dont buy alliance, if your lookin cheap get something like gri, ceat or starrmaxx.we had alliance tyres on a tanker that were egg shaped from new and no1 wanted to know, tbh me da was too soft and i was younger so didnt have much say but if it was now id kick up big time. It left the ride along the road practically unbearable

It's strange how all the tyre dealers I've spoken to are saying how good they are,how many they've sold and how they've had no bad reports. One look on here and nobody's going to buy one
