Calving now, started 25th March, until end of May. Only 45 cows to calve in total; mainly Irish Freisian cross Jersey, average size cows in general, a few smaller crossbred heifers, a few bigger crossed to Irish Holstein. Good, strong calves so far, mainly Angus and Hereford. Sold the first 3 to a chap who buys calves out of Holsteins normally, he wasn't sure at first but rang me to say he has never bought such lively calves and he is very happy with them. Based near Honiton.

Yeah ok that’s sound good. I can’t take them on until the 24th June though
