I reckon you could start a conversation with Borris about how the ELMS and SFI schemes will be a disaster for the future of Nuclear waste management and he would nod and agree to look into how these schemes might be improved, before promptly forgetting about the conversation... With all the acronyms and schemes across government I doubt those relating to agriculture feature very high in Borris's thinking, I would be surprised if he knows his ELMS from his elbows....
