Land not far from me, just under 100 acre and a small yard built in the 70s with a shared entrance currently making 1.9million. Can’t figure out weather it’s @Wee Willy or @zsnotdead looking an out farm.
Not me. I'm waiting on the place with the big rotary, near you I think. What's happened to it? I was at it buying cows. A once thriving farm in dereliction is a very sad sight.

It and the yard is sitting derelict. Had the yard sold for 1 million but managed to mess it up at the final hurdle trying to blackmail the buyer. Very sad, I remember it thriving when I was in my early teens. The son in my opinion caused a lot of damage, put the old boys head astray with going in and outta prison. I’m only a mile away from there as the crow flys.

It's the only time I've seen a rotary. Walked down steps and through a tunnel to get to center of rotary,my eldest cub said he felt like he was coming out of tunnel at Wembley!
It’s a serious set up, the shed the parlour sits in alone is bigger than most yards. I’m always amazed by it and I’d see it regularly enough, I’ve milked in it a few times years ago. Was around 800 cows milking in his prime which would be 15 odd years ago.

I recall him buying lorry loads of cows loaded like bullocks after a day at the sale , never could imagine how it would work milking dirty cows not milked from the night before, bursting with milk . However always civil and happy for a bit of craic.
That's exactly how I found him. Felt sorry for him. What does he do with the land? I know he sold land at Dungannon.
