It was down on Friday and we had an engineer come to look at our 7718. He could not do a lot as it was all down and was here for a couple of hours. I will have a moan when the bill turns up!
 
What an age we live in! Certainly never had these sorts of problems when parts were found in a black & white parts book and ordered over the phone.

As long as you can give me the part number for the round thing on the end of the square block thing on the side of the engine....
And if I cant log in the dealer cant either.....so pointless ringing...

Was at dealers today and they can only use mobile version to look up part numbers. They cannot order in stock or parts at all and have been told it will be down for another three days at least. They can look up and sell parts they have in stock but that's it.

I've just had a look on the desktop version, but there's no Massey stuff, despite following the link from Massey's website. Which is par for the course...
