It was down on Friday and we had an engineer come to look at our 7718. He could not do a lot as it was all down and was here for a couple of hours. I will have a moan when the bill turns up!

Was at dealers today and they can only use mobile version to look up part numbers. They cannot order in stock or parts at all and have been told it will be down for another three days at least. They can look up and sell parts they have in stock but that's it.

Dealer told me agco have been hacked and it could be off for a while had a right performance trying to identify a pipe but a bit of Googling and a top store man at Pughs (Wayne) got it sorted hopefully

Agco was hacked by a ransomware attack on 5th May. Has shut down all their brands globally including manufacturing.
