Got a calf who's bloated, she didn't really drink this morning, she's not dehydrated and seems OK in herself, a little bit slow if anything

Do I stick a needle in to release the gas, or leave it for now? I've given her metacam

I think surplus silage could be very valuable next spring.
Lots round here trying to grow grass with little or no fert.
Will come back to bite them in the winter

Found this lump of granite when digging ours a few years back had to dig deeper and sink it into the base of the lagoon it wasn't coming out the top! Luckily lots of very deep clay.
That’s a proper stone! You’re very lucky to have clay on site, damn all here unfortunately, plenty of stone mind you!
Perhaps you’ll put some pictures of the latest project up some time?

SP chopper booked for Midday Saturday. (As long as no glitches at the place before) Too soon to knock off a few headlands? Be pushing on for 48hr wilt. Won't ted out, what I cut this evening and row up tomorrow pm..... Weathers abit iffy.....
