Be fair Print the rest of the article they are going to milk 300 dairy cows, lamb 75000-80000 ewes bought in lamb February time and sold with lambs at foot. Also finishing all dairy Calfs and 40,000 store lambs on contract. All stock housed and fodder bought it so it’s quite some operation that’s before the 10,000 pigs they are taking in bb

This is a farm right, this farm will be employing people so firstly you will need a Human resources team to ensure that all such employees are a suitable mix of Ethnicity, Sexual orientation, it must have its quota of diabled people from the different groups of such disabilities and most importantly all the employees must be fluent in Welsh and have a working grasp of English. Howevber it is important they also have employees with a working knowledge of a multilplicity of other languages to be able to connect with vistorsa to the site for whom neither english or Welsh is a their mother tongue.
then their is the fact that this farm is liable to impact on the local environment , tyhisw will need an in house Bio diversity to team to continually monitor work in progress
Next comes an archeological team to monitor field work in case any historical features are uncovered by cultivations.
A Purchasing and sales team, a finance officer, a chief executive, obviously a receptionist ( these of course may be part time)
finally an outsourcing team who will most likely award the contract for the farming operations ( commonly called a FBT ) to a local operator with proven profficiencies in diversity , environmental issues etc. such as Beeswax farming ;)

At those headage numbers they're gonna be flat out with their 174 staff! I'd love to see their animal welfare plan

Break it down and it’s 1.72 dairy cows
431 ewes to lamb,
229 store lambs to finish
57 pigs
Per person bet most farms would be looking after a higher rate of stock per person than that, plus all the ewes would be gone by mid may so they can all have their 200 days annual leave

I see, so 174 to do all that means it is very much a shoestring operation.
