Univoq / Iconiq drip stop issues?

Done 100ha. Numerous flow stop diaphragms now knackered. Rest of it being returned to sender. Hope no other damage elsewhere in the sprayer. Was washed out in the evening. Almost new sprayer.

I’ve got some may 22 dates on the cans I’ve got to use, anybody had trouble with this batch? Agronomist says it’ll be fine don’t worry🙈. Don’t think he’ll want to help replace anything on the spray if it fails tho.

I've done a bit of it now, lots of drips if I'd seen this thread earlier I could have mixed up a bit of product in a jug and dropped a new rubber in it to see if it damaged it.

We've done everything wrong, bigish mix and 100l/ha and not yet washed out properly. I'm hoping it is a bad batch. Ours was ordered some time ago but has only been on farm about 2 weeks. Fingers crossed.
EDIT We have had a few more chemsaver diaphagms to change than normal.
Operator says that Univoq stinks of nail varnish remover!!

Is Elatus Era a reasonable substitute?
For some choosing a reasonable substitute may depend if there is anything available! Just spoke to my agon he says he know of plenty of sprayers that have not had a problem with this material and another that is "fkd to the cost of 20 grand!" Apparently there is also a variety with a score of 9 for yellow rust that has yellow rust exploding in it....!
