Good luck, I have seen his work and would not attempt to do it for all the tea in China. However good luck, i have met many of his friends in the industry and the one thing that struck me was they are very similar to farmers in being totally diverse and dedicated to the job

I find this comment offensive, weather you like the woman or not a little respect to a woman elder than yourself is good manners. Have you met her do you know her? So it's maybe just an opinion of yours but not fact.
In some countries you would already be hanging for a comment as dis tasteful.
Like, loath, love, hate you can still be reaspetful. Obviously your personal opinion which thankfully we are all aloud, but could of been shared in a better way. And yes am sure we will have to disagree to agree.

As an old fart I’m not sure about social media as a means of recruitment. I think any professional manager looking for a change will be looking at FW.
So a good clear job description without any of the modern recruitment mumbo jumbo.
