All haulage has got a lot more expensive.
Perhaps if they start running road trains it might have been possible, but realistically it is either boat or train haulage required, and it sounds like neither of these are a real option currently.
I see from Vessel Finder that a few ships are making it into and out of the smaller, inland, Ukrainian ports of Reni,Izmail and Kiliia(Kiliya) by entering the river Danube at the Romainian port of Sulina. How long they will be able to do that I dont know but I guess if Russia tried to block the Danube that may cause the start of world war 3,not good.

Thats not proof, thats ypur opinion. Plenty of reports over the last week in numerous outlets, news and agricultural saying the crop conditions are deteriorating with the dry weather. With respect, i would take multiple similar reports over just your "opinion".
Do you , well fyi most crops without irrigation are dead by the end of May south of the Loire , but don't let me stop you reading fake news
